- use psychological skills in order to manage painful thoughts and feelings. These skills are known as mindfulness skills and by using them, you decrease the impact and influence of these negative thoughts over your life;
- make sense of what really matters to you: what’s meaningful and important; your values and how you want to live your life; and
- incorporate this new knowledge and skills into your daily life, motivating and empowering you to change your life for the better.
